• Training materials, including videos, presentations, and text content, are the intellectual property of the Company and may not be redistributed or republished without our consent.

5. Employment Services

• Our employment services include job placement, resume building, interview coaching, and job search assistance.
• The Company does not guarantee employment or job placement as a result of using our services.
• The Company is not responsible for the actions of third-party employers, including job offers, salary, work environment, or employment terms.

6. Payment and Refund Policy

• All fees for training programs and employment services are listed on our website or communicated directly to users.
• Payments must be made in advance unless specified otherwise.
• No Refunds will be provided once you have opted for our courses/Services.
• In case the student is facing any health-related issue and He/She is ready to join the next batch, in such case the student is eligible to study in the next batch, and he needs to pay only the balance fee.
• Even if the student is unable to complete the course after paying the fees due to death of parents or serious health issues. Opportunity may be given in the next batch as per the requirement of the student. The student is responsible for submitting sufficient documents.
• No refunds will be provided if the candidate fails to attend any scheduled Job Interview or the employer rejects your profile because of your performance during the interview.In such cases, the candidate will get a maximum of 3 Interviews in other organizations based on your qualifications.

7. Use of Website and Services

• Unauthorized use of the site or services may result in termination of your access and/or legal action.
